Moira Thompson

A career in the fashion industry has naturally drawn me to colour, texture, shapes and atmosphere.

My paintings are contemporary, influenced by modern trends in interior design, traveling, life experiences and nature, which have allowed my art to evolve.

I enjoy working in a variety of mediums, oil, acrylic, watercolour, and collage always experimenting with new ideas and pushing boundaries. Subjects range from landscapes, seascapes, townscapes and still life.

I am a member of Watford and Bushey Art Society, The Society of Fulham Artists and Potters, and West Wycombe Art Group.

My work has been accepted by the Watercolour Society at The Bankside Gallery and Society of Women Artists at The Mall Galleries and Chelsea Art Exhibition along with being a finalist at the Broadway Arts Festival Art Competition 2025.

My work can be seen at several exhibitions throughout the year.
